  Given that I visited during an outage of service due to Microsoft they had to handle everything manually, so the wait to check in was quite long. The front desk did their best to accommodate the line of patrons, given only two. They did give me an upgrade which was quite nice and they have a beautiful facility it is located centrally that close to the airport and you can still get around on public transport. The facilities were clean and the ambiance was nice.

  Great old Colonial style decor hotel, great location for easy walk to China Town and MRT to get subway to explore further. Staff/hotel team were all exceptional and attentive. Food, breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very good.
