  Overall, very good stay. The property staff was amazing, always available to help you with anything. The room is smaller than it seemed from the photos. The location is great. The online check in procedure seemed a bit annoying, but this is probably a matter of habit. Pay attention, there is an insurance deposit of $200, that still was not returned to me, but maybe it’s just my bank.

  The location is brilliant — close to two MRT stations on two different lines, as well as bus stops. The room was well-equipped and we appreciated having a washing machine and dehumidifier in the room. It was convenient being able to contact the staff on WhatsApp, who responded very quickly, especially Divina.

  We absolutely were stunned because it was so nice. Didn’t expect it to be so perfect for real. The service (especially Edmar) but also Nice and Divina were soooo nice and helpful. If we had a question, they were right there to help us, crazy. We never felt left alone, this was our first time travelling alone so far and it was so nice with the personal helping us so kindly. Edmar even showed us the pick up point for the taxi for the airport, which was quite a bit away from the hotel itself. Thanks for everything!!
