  Love the room. And the staff was super nice. So before traveling, I dm-ed them a few question regarding the luggage room as we were going to spend the day at USS. We were wondering if they have that services as we went there during our check out date. They were glad give it for free and even offer us to use the pool bathroom to clean up after we're done having fun at USS. The bathroom was super duper comfortable!

  The breakfast buffet was decent and we went during an off peak season so the hotel was relatively empty and we enjoyed the facilities without much bother.

  Booked the Monte Carlo suite and the family room and both came with a balcony overlooking the marina which was lovely. Great place to chill at night (although smokers take note that no smoking is allowed). Enjoyed the sunken bath in the family room and the suite bathroom was huge. Pillows and bed were great and we slept well. Service staff were also friendly and thoughtful. Of the facilities, we only managed to use the infinity pool which also offered a great view of the marina. Oh, and the food from Latitude Bistro was pretty good too.
