  My extended family and I stayed in Oasia Novena in July 2024, and our stay was so comfortable and memorable in a positive way that we will most certainly stay at the Oasia when back in Singapore. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully maintained. Our rooms were connecting rooms as we have young children. The staff were very helpful in providing us additional chairs so that our young children could reach the bathroom sink. Location wise, Oasia is second to none – Novena MRT is directly downstairs of the hotel and reachable by a single lift. Additionally there are three shopping malls reachable the same way by simply going down the lift to the basement with plenty of food options.

  The hotel elevators go to basement 3 which has direct access to Novena MRT via an underpass that's open from 7 AM to 11 PM. I like how near it is to Novena MRT. I also like that it's right beside Tan Tock Seng Hospital and a mall with a lot of options for eating. The hotel values sustainability and it shows in their requests for how the guests can contribute. The rooms were cleaned spotless every day. The tap water is safe for drinking. We had a corner room with windows that gave us a great view of the surrounding skyline. I like that the tea in the room was from TWG. Check in and check out was done fairly quickly.
