  Stuff is amazing, helpful, communicative, and polite. The location is excellent if you want to walk around Chinatown and very close to some amazing restaurants. The room was clean, with fresh towels and bottled water every day. You can even refill them for free at a filtered water machine.

  The daytime staff there was excellent. They were friendly, cheerful, and super helpful. We had a late flight and they not only let us keep our bags there all day, they let us hang around and use the wifi in the afternoon.

  Great location in Chinatown. Slept very well with no noise from the street (places open past midnight every day). Staff were exceptional, and access to the wellness items and filtered water was great. I unfortunately didn't get to try the coffee on site but will be booking here again on my next stay.
