The room I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows with solid city views — you can actually see the Singapore skyline from most rooms, which is pretty impressive for this area. The beds are genuinely comfortable (I’m usually picky about this), and the air conditioning works perfectly, which matters more than you’d think in Singapore’s climate. The bathroom was modern and well-designed, though not huge — but honestly, you’re not spending much time in your room when you’re this close to everything anyway.

  We had a great stay at Jen Orchardgateway. The facilities are great, the hotel is very conveniently located with easy access to public transport and also within walkable distance to so many shops, restaurants and touristic spots.
  
  The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier and check out one hour later at no extra cost.
  
  Breakfast had a good variety. It was not the best I've ever had, but it was ok. We didn't wait to see how it is at peak time, but between 7am and 8am there are no queues and no stress.
  
  A gojek from the airport will cost around $25 – $30 while ride to the Marina Bay will be around $15. Public transport is around $1.
  
  The swimming pool is beautiful and we were able to swim without hassle both at night and in the morning. Our stay was in September, so it was not so busy.
