  air conditioning was great. although location was not ideal it was handy to the 65, 67, 100, 135 and 155 buses that can take you to Mattar MRT or right into Singapore city. also some good affordable restaurant options just a short walk up Al Junied Rd. a decent place for a brief stopover.
