Maxwell Food Centre is maybe ten minutes away, and that’s where you’ll find some of the best chicken rice in the city. The whole area comes alive differently throughout the day, from morning dim sum spots to late-night bars tucked into converted shophouses. I actually found myself spending way more time exploring the neighborhood than hanging out in the hotel, which is exactly what you want in this part of town.
