Dash Living Rochor Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Dash Living Rochor on Belilios Lane, you immediately get the sense this isn’t your typical hotel setup. It’s actually more like a modern serviced apartment building — the kind of place that feels like you’re staying in someone’s well-designed city pad rather than a standard hotel room. The lobby has this clean, minimalist vibe that screams “we know what millennials want,” and honestly, they’re not wrong. This three-star property sits right in the Farrer Park area, which I’ll be honest, isn’t the most glamorous part of Singapore — but that’s actually part of its charm.
The Neighborhood Reality
Here’s what I love about this location — you’re genuinely in a local Singapore neighborhood, not some touristy bubble. Farrer Park MRT station is literally a few minutes’ walk away, which means you can zip to Orchard Road or Marina Bay in no time. But the real magic happens when you explore the immediate area. There’s this fantastic mix of old-school coffee shops and newer cafes, plus you’re close enough to Little India that you can smell the spices on certain days. The couples who stay here seem to really get it — there’s something romantic about discovering a city from a more authentic base.
Living Space and Comfort
The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious for Singapore standards. Each unit comes with a proper kitchen setup — not just a mini-fridge and kettle situation, but actual cooking facilities. This is where Dash Living really shines, because you can grab fresh ingredients from the nearby wet market and actually prepare meals. The furnishings lean modern and functional, with decent Wi-Fi and air conditioning that actually works (trust me, this matters in Singapore’s humidity). Storage space is thoughtfully planned too, which you’ll appreciate if you’re staying more than a few nights.
Practical Perks
What really sold me on this place is how they’ve thought about the little things. There’s a decent laundry setup, which is clutch for longer stays, and the building has good security without feeling overly restrictive. The staff are helpful without being hovering — they’ll sort out any issues but otherwise let you do your thing. Parking can be arranged if you need it, though honestly, with the MRT so close, I’d skip the car rental headache entirely. The building also has some communal spaces that are actually usable, not just Instagram-worthy but impractical.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t going to wow you with fancy amenities or a rooftop pool, but that’s missing the point entirely. What Dash Living Rochor does well is give you a genuine taste of living in Singapore rather than just visiting it. The location consistently gets high marks because once you figure out the neighborhood rhythm, you realize you’re perfectly positioned between the tourist highlights and real local life. It’s particularly great for couples who want to play house in Singapore for a week or two — you know, grab groceries together, cook dinner, then head out to explore. The value proposition is solid too, especially when you factor in the money you’ll save by having kitchen facilities.

Reviews of Dash Living Rochor
Wonderful stay in a trendy neighbourhood exceeds the value expected. – Dionne from Belize (8/10)
I loved the ease of check in, the quality of the room and the amazing location near great food and sites.
Good enough – Karen from Australia (7/10)
It was in a decent location in terms of getting around to places I wanted to visit. The air con kept the room nice and cool and the room was big enough for a family of 5 and bigger than I thought. Despite having no staff on-site, the self check-in was easy to complete and there is a staff member readily available online to assist. I wouldn't mind returning in future as it was one of the more budget friendly hotels.
Pretty good 👍 – Yoosef from United Kingdom (8/10)
Clean, modern, good size and facilities
Very Good – Ilaria from Italy (8/10)
The hotel is placed in the Little India area, really close to the main Temple and the famous market. It’s really easy to arrive to there because of the underground, just less than five minutes walking.

I like this hotel in little India, this room was not the best I've stayed in but it's my third stay and I will likely stay there again. It's a great location, not far from other areas I like to visit which cuts down on transportation costs, plus there are a lot of nice Indian restaurants around.
