  The highlight of my stay was losing my wallet in the room and the staff managed to find it and return it back which relieved a lot of stress. While the room was smaller in size, it was cozy for a family of 3 and we enjoyed our stay in the property. Heartfelt thanks to the cleaning crew for finding the missing wallet and the customer service staff for returning it.

  The room was too cold and there was an issue with the AC. So they didn’t fix it the whole day we were out even though we complained in the morning but made us change rooms in the middle of the night.

  Their decision to upgrade me to a suite with a kitchenette and washer/dryer made a huge difference to my stay (being able to cook and wash my laundry in the room was very useful).
