  1. Spacious studio with a kitchen, sitting area and a working desk. Bright on the high floors. Room is cleaned.
  2. Vibrant Balestier and Whampo area with a lot of eateries that open till midnight.
  3. Swimming pool and BBQ area are well maintained.
  4. Laundry is available in hotel or in the neighbourhood.
  5. U-mart convenient store below is well stock with all the snacks and drinks you need.
  6. Reception crew is very friendly and welcoming.
  7. ASR members may have early check-in and high speed wifi.
